大連市鼎熙新能源設(shè)備技術(shù)有限公司成立于2018年8月，主要從事石油能源領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)和專用設(shè)備研制，公司注冊(cè)資本為500萬(wàn)元人民幣。

Dalian Dingxi New Energy Equipment Tech. Co. Ltd. was established in August 2018, and we mainly engaged in technology development and special equipment in the field of petroleum energy development, the registered capital of our company is RMB 5 million.

二、技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)：

公司凝聚了一批中青年核心技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，曾參與并組織了多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目，主要參與了三項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)重大科研項(xiàng)目，完成了預(yù)定的科研目標(biāo)。

三、Technology Development：

The company has collected a batch of young and middle-aged core technology research and development team, we have participated in and organized a number of scientific research projects, and we mainly involved in the three technical researches of the state and we achieved the expectant research object.

1. 參與了國(guó)家工信部立項(xiàng)的“400英尺自升式鉆井平臺(tái)升降系統(tǒng)研制”科研項(xiàng)目，主持了“齒條總成”研制的子課題項(xiàng)目。本研發(fā)項(xiàng)目的主要成果是：

1）掌握了大厚度高強(qiáng)度結(jié)構(gòu)鋼火焰精密切割技術(shù)；

2）完成了高強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu)鋼焊接微觀機(jī)理研究，掌握了焊接工藝技術(shù)；

3）掌握了大曲率厚壁弦管的成型工藝技術(shù)；

4）完成了齒條總成樣機(jī)的制造，并通過(guò)了ABS船級(jí)社的檢驗(yàn)與認(rèn)可。

1. They participated in the scientific research project of "research and development of lifting system of 400ft jack-up drilling platform" approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and they also presided over the sub-project of "rack assembly". Here are the main achievements of this research and development project:

1) Master the precision flame cutting technology of large thickness and high strength structural steel;

2) Complete the research on the micro-mechanism of high-strength structural steel welding and master the welding process technology.

3) Master the compressing molding technology of large curvature of a thick-walled chord;

4) Finish the manufacture of the rack assembly, and pass the test and get the approval of the American Bureau of shipping.

2、與中海石油（中國(guó)）有限公司深圳分公司合作，參與了國(guó)家科技部立項(xiàng)的“三角形多功能張力腿平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)建造及應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究”科研項(xiàng)目，主持了“單層旋轉(zhuǎn)滑移式鉆機(jī)底座主軸承系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)研究”的子課題項(xiàng)目。本研發(fā)項(xiàng)目主要成果是：

1）完成鉆機(jī)底座及主軸承系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)概念設(shè)計(jì)；

2）完成鉆機(jī)底座及主軸承系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)基本設(shè)計(jì)及系統(tǒng)仿真設(shè)計(jì)；

3）完成模塊鉆機(jī)系統(tǒng)基本設(shè)計(jì)。

2、In collaboration with the CNOOC Ltd. (Shenzhen), we have participated in the scientific research project of “Key Technology Research of Design, Construction and Application For Triangular Multifunctional TLP” approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. We presided over the sub-project of “Design and Research of Main Bearing System for Single-Deck Rotary Slip Rig Substructure”. Here are the main achievements of this research and development project:

1) Complete the conceptual design of rig substructure and main bearing system structure;

2) Complete the basic design of rig substructure and main bearing system structure and simulation design;

3) Complete the basic design of modular drilling rig system.

3、參與了國(guó)家工信部立項(xiàng)的“內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)塔式單點(diǎn)系泊系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)及液體旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭研制”科研項(xiàng)目，主持了“液體旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭研制”子課題任務(wù)。本研發(fā)項(xiàng)目主要成果是：

1）掌握了液體旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭開(kāi)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)；

2）首次實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)產(chǎn)原型樣機(jī)的制造，并取得中國(guó)船級(jí)社和法國(guó)船級(jí)社的雙認(rèn)證；

3）產(chǎn)品達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的技術(shù)水平。

3、They participated in the scientific research project of " Internal Turret Mooring System Development & Fluid Product Swivel Research " approved by Ministry of Industry And Information & Ministry of Finance, and they also presided over the sub-project of " Fluid Product Swivel Research ". Here are the main achievements of this research and development project:

1) Master the key technology of fluid product swivel development;

2) Realize the manufacturing of domestic prototype for the first time, and obtain the double certification of CCS and BV;

3) The product reaches the leading technical level in China.

4、在完成國(guó)家工信部立項(xiàng)的“液體旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭研制”的基礎(chǔ)上，公司科研團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行了更深層次的技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)，目前已開(kāi)發(fā)出新一代液體旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭，具有耐高溫高壓、性能更穩(wěn)定、智能監(jiān)控等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，達(dá)到國(guó)際同等領(lǐng)先水平。

4、After finishing the project of “Fluid Product Swivel Research” approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, The scientific research team of company has carried out a deeper layer of technological development, and now they have developed a new generation of fluid product swivel which has the advantages of high temperature and high pressure, more stable performance and intelligent monitoring, so that it can reach the same international leading level.

5、公司研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)針對(duì)重型、高空、水上或水下等高危吊裝作業(yè)環(huán)境，開(kāi)展了無(wú)線遠(yuǎn)程控制的自動(dòng)解脫卸扣產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)。自動(dòng)解脫卸扣的核心功能是：在吊裝作業(yè)時(shí)，通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程無(wú)線信號(hào)控制動(dòng)力源使自動(dòng)卸扣的插銷能夠自動(dòng)鎖緊與解脫，免除人員高空或水下等危險(xiǎn)作業(yè)，降低吊裝作業(yè)難度和作業(yè)成本，提高作業(yè)人員的安全。

5、The research and development team of the company has carried out the product development of wireless remote control automatic release shackle for heavy, aloft, water or underwater and other high-risk lifting operation environment. The core function of the automatic release shackle: when you are in lifting operation, the power source is controlled by the remote wireless signal to enable the automatic shackle pins to automatically lock and release, so that it can eliminate the hazardous operations such as working aloft or undersea and reduce the difficulty of lifting operation and operating cost to improve the safety of the operators.

三、Products and Services

The company aims to build three business segments :(1) characteristic product development; (2) specialized technical services; (3) international trade.

（一）特性化產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)

1、開(kāi)發(fā)液體旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭產(chǎn)品，將為海上石油FPSO、海上核電浮動(dòng)平臺(tái)等領(lǐng)域提供產(chǎn)品。

2、開(kāi)發(fā)無(wú)線遙控式自動(dòng)卸扣產(chǎn)品，將來(lái)為大型物件的海上、水下及陸地上的吊裝需求，提供便于吊裝作業(yè)的無(wú)線遙控的自動(dòng)卸扣產(chǎn)品。

3、新能源氣體開(kāi)采所需的專用設(shè)備。

(一) Characteristic product development

1. The development of fluid product swivel will provide products for offshore FPSO and floating platforms for offshore nuclear power.

2. The wireless remote control automatic release shackle product is developed to provide the automatic shackle product of the wireless remote control that will facilitate the hoisting operation in case of offshore, undersea and land lifting requirements for large objects in the future.

3. Special equipment required for new energy gas production.

（二）專業(yè)化技術(shù)服務(wù)

1、開(kāi)拓中海油已運(yùn)行的FPSO單點(diǎn)液體滑環(huán)的運(yùn)行維修與維護(hù)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)。

2、推進(jìn)新式機(jī)械式空穴清管器技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用，推進(jìn)該技術(shù)與產(chǎn)品未來(lái)在海底輸油管線清理上的應(yīng)用。

（二）Specialized technical services

1. To open up the operation maintenance and maintenance service market for SPM fluid product swivel of the FPSO that CNOOC has operated.

2. To advance the development and application of the new-type mechanical cavitation pigging technology and advance the future application of the technology and products in the cleaning up of the offshore pipelines.

（三）國(guó)際貿(mào)易

1、造水機(jī)

代理銷售國(guó)際品牌的反滲透式造水機(jī)，該產(chǎn)品具有良好的性能與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性，該產(chǎn)品造水能力：5-500噸/天。

（三）International trade

1.Watermaker

The agent for the sale of international brand reverse osmosis seawater desalination system which has good performance and competitive, capacity of the products : 5-500 tons/day.

2、齒輪齒條電梯代理銷售國(guó)際知名品牌的齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)式電梯，其廣泛應(yīng)用于鉆井船、張力腿平臺(tái)、半潛平臺(tái)、生活平臺(tái)、鉆井包的井架、FPSO等海洋石油裝備上。

2. Gear and pinion elevator

The agent for the sale of elevator gear rack transmission type for international famous brand, it is widely used in drilling ship, tension leg platform, semi-submersible platform, platform, living platform, Derrick, FPSO and other offshore oil equipment.

3、銅鎳合金產(chǎn)品代理國(guó)內(nèi)知名品牌的銅鎳合金管與管件的出口銷售，產(chǎn)品滿足于：

（1）管子規(guī)格范圍：無(wú)縫管：直徑為6—368毫米；焊接管：直徑為324—914毫米。

（2）管件規(guī)格范圍：所有規(guī)格的彎頭、三通、法蘭，大小頭，套管等

（3）執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：可以按照國(guó)標(biāo)、美標(biāo)、歐標(biāo)、德標(biāo)、 EEMUA標(biāo)等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

（4）產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證：產(chǎn)品獲得了DNV、GL、ABS、LR、BV、CCS、PED等認(rèn)證。

3、The agent for the export sale of copper-nickel alloy pipes and fittings for domestic famous brand. The products are satisfied with:
